Bowen is a relaxing & very effective therapy, using gentle, rolling type moves over muscles & tendons. The moves are done
directly onto skin or through light clothing. Conditions that have responded well to Bowen include - Frozen shoulders,
migraines, backache, sciatica & sports injuries.

Lymphatic Drainage uses small, gentle, superficial moves & is therefore ideal for conditions such as M.E. & M.S. It helps boost your immune system & can
reduce localised oedema.
EFT uses tapping on meridian points to release negative emotions. It's gentle, easy to do & allows the energy system to be
rebalanced. EFT can help - stress, release fears & phobias & much more.
